My HGSE course “International Lessons from Successful Education Systems” is looking at what we can and can’t learn from those education systems that have been able to successfully reform themselves so that both quality and equity of learning outcomes are high. The course syllabus includes study of some of those countries that have become successful reformers and high performers recently. South Korea, Japan, Canada and Finland are among those OECD counties often referred as models for others.
On 5th March we have both pleasure and honour to host Finland’s education minister, Ms. Krista Kiuru in our class at Harvard Graduate School of Education. My class A317 will open for anyone interested in joining us for a conversation with minister Krista Kiuru at 5pm at Askwith Hall in Longfellow.
Flyer of the event is here Kiuru_poster.
Welcome!
